We will continue to challenge the church where it continues to discriminate against people on grounds of disability, economic power, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, learning disability, mental health, neurodiversity, or sexuality.
We believe in a Church which welcomes and serves all people in the name of Jesus Christ; which is scripturally faithful; which seeks to proclaim the Gospel afresh for each generation; and which, in the power of the Holy Spirit, allows all people to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Jesus Christ.”
The 10.30 am Service usually takes place at St Peter’s on the first, third and fifth Sunday of each month and at St Margaret's on the second and fourth Sunday.
The usual 10.30 am pattern of Sunday services:
1st and 2nd Sunday of the month – Eucharist Service
3rd, 4th and 5th Sunday of the month – Service of the Word
A Seat At The Table [ASATT] at Rochester Cathedral began life as an inclusive bi-monthly Eucharist Service. We welcome LGBTQIA+ people and allies, to join with us as we seek to encounter Christ together.
Throughout 2025 ASATT will be visiting a variety of churches that fully welcome and include LGBTQIA+ people.
